Some of our products include free shipping.

All orders ship from our Los Angeles, California warehouse via USPS or UPS. The carrier is selected automatically based on your delivery address.

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations).

Returns & Refunds Policy
General Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please keep the original packaging in case a return is needed.

If the Return Is Our Fault

If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we cover all return shipping costs.

Customer-Initiated Returns

A 20% restocking fee may apply for returns that are not due to our error. Examples include:

  • Ordered the wrong item
  • Changed your mind
  • No longer needed
Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 2โ€“5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Orders With Free Shipping

If an item shipped for free and is returned for reasons not related to our error, we will deduct our actual outbound shipping cost from the refund.

This does not apply for returns due to incorrect, damaged, or defective items.
